Lalaga Night Market Stall Registration

Fill out the form below to register for a stall at the Lalaga Night Market. The form will then be sent direct to our friendly team at Rowley Resource Centre.

Te Kōmanawa Rowley School, 48 Rowley Ave, Hoon Hay. Held in the front main entrance of the school.

Have you had a food stall at Lalaga Night Market before?


What size space you need?
Tables/Gazebo - All stall holders must be able to provide their own gazebo/power/tables etc. We only have a limited supply of gazebos and trestle tables that we can access. Please indicate if you need these to be supplied: First in First serve!
Do you require power for your stall? (Please note we are limited to the number of stalls who we can supply power to - first in first serve basis )
Vehicle Access onsite to set up. (More information at Stallholders Meeting)
NO POLYSTYRENE* As a step towards helping the environment, we ask that all stallholders use no polystyrene.
*NO PLASTIC* – As a step towards helping the environment, stall holders must use compostable service-ware, i.e. no plastic bags, no plastic food containers, no plastic cutlery, no plastic cup and no plastic straws.
*It will be a FIZZY FREE event* Stallholders are not permitted to sell ‘fizzy drinks’ you may sell water, fresh juice or pacific style fruit and coconut drinks.


I understand that I must adhere to Level 2 regulations and Lalaga Night Market guidelines. MASKS are to be worn at all times. You must provide your own masks, gloves and sanitisers.
Are you fully vaccinated?
How many helpers will you have for your stall? (No children under 16)
Photo/Videos Permission: Do you agree to having your photo taken/or to be filmed? (The Committee will be taking photographs through out the event for promotional purposes)
Can we keep your details on data for any future community events, such as the Hoon Hay Fiesta etc.


*COMUPLSORY* You will need to be available the week prior to event for a Stallholder's Meeting. Confirmation of your stall site is conditional on your attendance at this meeting. Date to be confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS – In the event that the Lalaga Night Market will be cancelled due to Covid Lockdown, bad weather, a natural disaster, or any incidents that compromises the safety of the public. The Committee will try its best to inform everyone.
